Hello! im kinda new to the game and the class i loved the most is the warden, but i really do not know what to build, i am a little lost in magden and stamden, i don't have friends to play with so i plan on going to cyrodill alone, if so, wich of the 2 is best and is the build you used viable to it? also my warden is a bosmer, is race really a big of a deal? Rn im playing 2h/weapon and shield build, with dizzying swings and executioner and subteranean assault, artic blast, i noticed some peolpe using reverse slice and you used deep fissure does this changes much? is polar wind sustain better than artic blast damage?
For current patch if you want an easy magden to do good with I'd recommend PelicanXi's acuity warden build. If you want a somewhat easy stamden to play that's solid at solo play this build is also pretty good. My magden build is not beginner friendly in the slightest and is mostly a dueling build not meant for cyrodiil. Race doesn't matter much unless you're going for a crit build then you would want to play khajiit. Otherwise all the races have their strengths. Polar is also much better than arctic blast and with arctic blast getting gutted next patch it's better to get used to polar now. Regarding reverse slice, I'd use executioner morph. If you're stamden you're sticking to dizzy, deep fissure and executioner as your main source of damage outside your deep fissure, dawnbreaker combo.
It just depends who you play with more. I play with templars more than DK’s. Templar gives minor sorcery buffing spells damage so I take apprentice for more spells damage. If you’re with a DK take warrior because minor brutality buffing weapon damage
@@steverobins8630 I meant as to people you play with in group. Warden by itself doesn't get any minor damage buffs so any stone will work. But if you play with a friend who's a templar or a DK, the stone will then matter
huge thumbs up for not just slotting rallying carry and being a clone like 85% of modern content creators. that combo of bugs + dizzy + DB totally BLAMS!
Rallying is good but it’s just not worth it on stamden I feel. If you have to run a recovery mundus or glyph you basically lose all the damage from that set which is why I like essence. Best flat damage set in the game and adds to your sustain. You’re more prone to crits without rallying but they have so much health to work through anyways you can usually react in time before you’re dead
@@CaptBlamESO i have never used it personally but i would use it with another high weapon damage set like clever or oakfathers to really get the most out of the 10% it gives. i see a LOT of good players using it. i subbed btw.
@@SirSquash For other classes I use essence on I think kynmarcher's cruelty is extremely good with it cuz the major vulnerability proc is an additional 10% dam. Clever/essence used to also be an old nightblade meta before they got extremely easy access to absurd damage
@@AllThingsFascinate scales much better with crit damage from acuity, can dual wield axes for more weapon damage and crit damage, harder to roll dodge vamp spammable as well.
@@CaptBlamESO Hang on, the the axes give 12% crit damage, but the ice staff passive gives 12% overall damage, right? Frost reach applies chilled, vamp spam applies hemorrhaging. Similar tool tip. Is it just the other dw passives? Like the one that grants damage to stunned enemies? And without ice staff, do we lose access to brittle, 10% crit damage? That's one of the reasons I've always thought I had to stick to ice staff when playing acuity. Edit: I ain't trying to argue with ya, I'm just confused as hell & trying to understand haha
@@AllThingsFascinate both are solid but you’re just going to get better dam out of dw. Dw in and of itself has more WD + the passives giving more WD and more damage to CC’d enemies yes. Just better modifiers all around. Ice staff isn’t bad by any means but the dual axes are just going to be better for that playstyle. Also for frost reach to do any damage you need master ice staff which limits your ability to use a mythic and monster set at the same time
Noob questions here, are you weaving lightattacks inbetween? Looks like heavy’s. Sword & shield is just your buffbar? I really want to build this one for myself. What sets without mythics would you do?
Try this ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RkQ-SjUtl4E.htmlsi=a-fqdoM0SrlWduCX I’d probably take off the mythic and put on balorghs though and run northern storm front bar and sword and board ultimate back bar. The reason I like to run balorghs now is because northern storm got buffed significantly which makes it even more potent with balorghs Another setup is to body shattered fate and back bar wretched and use balorghs. It has more damage but you heal for less and get crit harder
@@yettiluch1 It heals for more, has a heal over time, can target allies, dizzy swing and DB also both stun so the stun on arctic blast isn't necessary on this build.
Yes stamden is reliant on CP extremely reliant because it needs every little stat it can get its hand on. But you should be able to kill people in one combo especially in BG where they are squishier, I’d try to kite until you have your clever, ult combo up then you turn around and nuke them. That said, I don’t play BG so I have no idea how it actually performs in no CP
