Jon, you're giving me G.A.S.! The rest of the day I'm going keep telling myself "I DON'T NEED ANOTHER SG STYLE GUITAR, I ALREADY HAVE A GIBSON SG". I'm very impressed by the sound of those pickups. Even with my Gibson SG, I'm in the process of replacing the bridge p/u a 498t.
i just bought one of these ... been wanting an SG type guitar & i appreciate the offset on this guitar. It will definitely be an upgrade project,... i have plans for it.. this might be a good platform to also try some Fishman Fluence pickups. Thanks for the video Jon.

I had the opportunity to buy a Fretking Supermatic ATD bridge 24 fret guitar, so had to get it, as the LTD VIPER 256 will still be available when I've saved enough again, but the Auto Tuning Fretking Supermatic is a once upon a time kinda deal.... The VIPER will be my next guitar I'm sure... If I can get around to it, I'd like to send your video to the 2 or 3 other " Reviews " who seem to need a lesson in exactly how to review & play a guitar like this, but I've made my opinions quite clear, even getting a pinned ❤ comment from the worst ( who literally just unboxed the guitar 😆) . Anyway again I Loved your review and playing of this guitar. Thank you very much 😊
Same, but I'm afraid that the Fretking Supermatic that I'm looking at, with the Wilkinson ATD will sell, I know that the LTD VIPER will still be available to buy, but the Fretking Supermatic ATD won't be available at the price (used) that it is, which is roughly the same price... can anyone help with the decision, it seems to me that the Auto Tuning Fretking is a no brainer, but the look & sound of the LTD VIPER 256, I just want right now... I'm thinking get the Fretking Supermatic before it sells, then after saving up for a few months without eating I can get the LTD, at least I have the option, many people don't, so I shouldn't be so ungrateful 🤔!
That is one sweet looking, sounding axe Jon!! And you are NOT too loud brother!!! ") Love your playing, it's a perfect mix of skill and heart!! Jack ~'()'~ Canada
As you mentioned the pus are high output ones, so the cleans sound a little bit raw to my ears! Maybe not the strength of this great looking axe... Again a well made review, Jon!!! Thx for that 👍🎸🤘
Hi , nice playing, can you tell me please ,can you reach ok the 24 th fret? It s a big problem because of the bindings on this type and lp ... ! Thanks
If I was to get really nit picky I would prefer black binding with the black pickup/covers and dark body. But that is really nit picky! It is a beautiful axe!! Jack ~'()'~
