In this video you will learn how upload code in ESP32 camera using Arduino Uno. You can also make ESP32 cam as a web server and start monitoring using CCTV camera. You only need an Arduino to upload the code and later on you can connect ESP32 cam with a power supply and access the live streaming. It is easy to build and can be used at home. You can modify this as per your need.

You have to gnd your reset pin. That will bypass the processor on the UNO. else you would have to choose AVR ISP. Please correct me if im wrong im no genius.
