I think the character design is based on erlang from story "journey to the west", he have three eyes, and have subordinates that can transform into dogs.

He is meh, if I have to use AOE wind type fighter. I'd still go for Ashley. Will pull but not gonna use the guarantee stone for him. There is no suitable content for him right now other than pvp and holobattle.
