These ESPN SNF Intros with the team animations were bad ass.

Bucs fans never got to see their own animation. It was only used when they played, and every time they were on ESPN it was a home game that ended up getting blacked out.

Updated version for these intros; Chargers: Use the L.A. Raider one. Raiders: Las Vegas Strip or a Slot Machine. Broncos: Keep it. Chiefs: Keep it. Texans: Use the second Houston Oiler one, but with the current stadium instead of the Astrodome. Titans: The Grand Ol' Opry. Colts: Keep it. Jaguars: A Jaguar running through an African jungle. Bengals: Keep it, but with Paul Brown Stadium instead of Riverfront. Browns 2.0: Use the original Browns/Ravens one. Steelers: Now that the Steelers have 6 rings (instead of 4 at the time), replace it with a steel mill complete with molten steel. Ravens: Edgar Allan Poe's book. Bills: Keep it. Patriots: Keep it, but with "Flying Elvis" on the lighthouse instead of Pat the Patriot. Jets: Keep it, but have the Jets fly around the Statue of Liberty instead of the late Trade Center Towers. Dolphins: Keep it. Commanders: Keep it. Eagles: Keep it. Giants: Replace Giants Stadium with Metlife Meadowlands at least. You can keep the older incarnation of Yankee Stadium, or replace it with Giants Stadium. Cowboys: Replace Irving, Texas and Texas Stadium with Arlington, Texas and A-T&T Cowboys Stadium. Saints: Keep it. Falcons: Keep it. Buccaneers: Keep it. Panthers: A Panther running around the stadium...oh, wait... Lions: Keep it. Packers: Keep it. Bears: Keep it. Vikings: Keep it. Seahawks: Keep it. 49ers: The Winchester Mystery House (remember, Santa Clara is NOT a suburb of San Francisco). Rams: Keep it. Cardinals: Keep it.

As a Giants and Yankees fan how can’t I love seeing the image of Yankee Stadium and Giants Stadium. The homes of champions.

This theme was used from 1989 to the 1994 season. and I need the full version of the theme.

:59 What's crazy about the animation for the Lions is that the CG stadium the car and lion are in looks very close to Ford Field, not the Silverdome. The Lions didn't move to Ford Field until 2002 so how did ESPN know?

It looks like graphics from those old DOS games. Terrific. They should have retro game intro just like retro uniforms from time to time.

I'd like to see the Patriots' "animation" when they changed to just the minuteman's profile logo.

There is no New England animation. Night games were banned in Foxborough during this period due to the high amounts of public drunkenness at Patriots night games in the 1970s and early 1980s.

There were two, because it was slightly changed in 1992 (orchestration; the changes are identifiable because the ending animation changed and because some of the player-coach shots were also updated at that time). We now have Cincinnati, so that leaves the Pats and Dolphins waiting to be found.
