I need to be SO real rn. I used to be so nervous to workout, around everyone and even alone because I was SO scared about judgement, looking stupid, and looking and feeling weak. The instant one of these videos came on my feed, I felt so…comforted? If that makes sense. It didn’t feel stale and judgmental and nerve-wracking like how I normally pictured working out. The energy between you all, the support, the inclusivity, the FUN? It made me feel way more comfortable working out and feeling good in my body. THANK YOU for helping me feel better about my body and feeling more confident as I work out 💛
Y'all probably hear this a LOT but I'm a theatre kid with ADHD and I can never get the motivation to exercise normally, but these are SOOO perfect for me. Not just the fact they're dance workouts, but you guys are so supportive and I feel so validated while doing these, never stop oml, you guys have saved my health AND my confidence
Just did two of your workouts, starting by this one, with absolutely 0 energy. I was barely following along and not really putting much into the moves, but it got me moving and I already feel better! What I celebrate about your videos is simply that a person who doesn't correspond to the normal norm is simply there for many people. No crap Allison does such a good job and is a huge role model for many who are a bit chubby.
Totally agree. I eat well and do so much exercise that I compete in my chosen sport, yet I am still short, stocky and I think I will always have a belly on me. No matter what I do, I will never look like Haley, and yeah, sometimes that gets me down. But Allison looks SO good in these dances that it honestly makes me feel better. She rocks the dances and looks sexy af doing them and hey, maybe I can too.

I am so grateful that you all are so inclusive and represent different body types and mobility levels! Working out can be very intimidating, especially for those of us like me who are disabled and plus-sized. Going to the gym or a live workout class is so scary for me and lots of other people, but seeing this channel come across my feed makes me feel included and like I can do it. Even just the cute snippets from RU-vid shorts make me laugh and feel happy from the jump. I haven’t tried a workout yet, but I’m planning on it very soon! ❤

I'm a 27yo who lives with her parents. They're gone for 5 weeks, so now I've finally got the courage to try this out. I've got two left feet, so it's gonna take a while, but at least I get to look like a fool in the privacy of my own home and with you guys as company 😂❤
That sounds a lot like me! I subscribed to this channel during lockdown (when I wasn't living with my parents, I've regressed 😭) and only started actually doing them 3 days ago. I'm bad but unlike during most workouts I'm actually having fun!

I weightlifted from 18-25 when i got burnout for the first time and have had on and off severe chronic pain and other health issues ever since. Tried getting back to the gym last summer but didn't have it in me to keep up the routine, but doing squats at home has been so unmotivating, but I'm starting to feel bad about my body, and modified exercises never give me the burn i used to feel that makes me feel like a powerful woman :( I did NOT expect these dances to actually leave my muscles feeling like they used to after a weightlifting session. I literally only did it for fun. Thank you for giving me a way to get into shape again that gives my body that same feeling (at least for now until i get stronger)!
