In this video we brew an espresso using the Aram coffee maker.
The Aram is a uniquely designed 'manual' coffee maker that utilises a screwing motion to build up pressure.
To many peoples surprise the Aram can build up quite a bit of pressure (well higher than 9 bars) but more importantly it is very easy to receive feedback from the brewer to help maintain the pressure at a consistent level.
