The key to resolve any issues of (alleged) financial impropriety is to come clean and submit all the facts and figures at the "earliest" possible.. Because the more you engage in the delaying and covering up tactics, more complex and murkier these issues become.. Hence the SEBI chief and the government must come clean on this issue at the earliest possible else it will cause irreparable damage to the reputation of country's regulatory framework and it would take herculean efforts to win that trust back....
