10:15 I often use the muddler to make levelled cocktails : i add syrup first (for example hibiscus) and i pour, on the twisted side of my spoon (turned, muddler side oriented to the bottom of the glass) the rest of the cocktail (a mix of of grapefruit, gin and lime juice) and finally tonic (still pour on the twisted part). The flat part of the muddler stops the fall of the liquid and i get better results for my layered cocktails. Thks for the video !!

This by far is the best video on Bar Tools I have seen so far. Regarding the bar-spoons, indeed it is a personal approach, but for me the spoon length is determined by the height of your mixing glass, more than any other thing. But I guess having a couple bar spoons is a better options. :@) I often use the muddling part of the spoon for layering shots or other drinks - works better for me compared to the spoon side. Amazing video. Glad it is finally ready and out. Cheers!
