I got this discovery set awhile ago and fell in love with Divine Vanille on first sniff! I bought a bottle right away. I think the price point of the brand is great and I also like that they feature the perfumers the way Frederic Malle does.

Tara, now I am all excited to try their discovery set! Thank you for your review! The divine Vanille, nice bergamot, orange x Santal, Rose magnetic, the musc…. Okay all of them sound beautiful Haha. I am in love with the beeswax note in unbois Vanille so I am on beeswax kick and the musc sounds pretty intriguing.

I love this house. I love their vision and the fact that they emphasize the perfumers and that the juice is affordable. And also that they focus on sustainability. I have only bought more of The Musc so far, but I need to revisit some of the fragrances from the sample set because I liked many of them . It was weirdly validating to hear that one of your viewers also hated Bois Impérial. I hardly ever have such a powerfully negative reaction to a perfume, but that one was a scrubber for me too and it seems like a lot of folks rave about it. It isn’t that it smelled bad to me, it just overwhelmed me in a way that has never happened before. I don’t really care if my opinion is unpopular so I am not necessarily looking for validation, I think it was just that the strong aversion was a bit perplexing to me. I do tend to love a lot of Quentin Bisch’s other work. One of the things that is so cool about perfume is how personal taste is. It wouldn’t be quite so interesting if we all loved the same things. Anyway. I love your channel!

Sorry I missed the live, but I purchased this discovery set late last winter and am sniffing along with you! This is one of the few discovery sets I've purchased in the last year where I liked every one of them. 🙂So much so that I purchased the travel sizes of Rose Magnetic, Orange X Santal, and Bois Imperial. 😄I loved the Nice Bergamote, but it just kind of faded on me. Divine Vanille might be next! Great review, Tara.

What a relief , I've tried the whole line and have my favourites 🤣 so I won't need to buy anything 🙌 Wore Piotr Czarnecki - venom of angel for bed , now rocking Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie 15th Anniversary for the gym and still have to choose a main Sotd 🤣

Oh, and I vote for Puredistance! But I hope you do the others at some point.

I love CA Reverie; Nice Bergamot is great but doesn’t last darn it. ( btw Nice is pronounced like the town in Southern France “Neese”)… ☺️
