Please make sure about the halal status of GNC supplements. The gulberg viltamins store confirmed me that GNC products aren't halal. Now Im using Webber Naturals complete multi for women. Ingredients are the same as GNC. And they are certified halal. Im also using Neocell powder. But this time im gonna purchase neocell super collagen pills instead of powder. Its smell nd taste is weird. Pills are easy to take. Do you have any experience with fish oil softgels??
if you take collagen supplements and your young then its like pouring water in a glass that is already filled with water because our body makes collagen itself .

Don't take calcium at night . Preferably take calcium at noon. And make sure you drink water.Hydration is necessary to get maximum benefits and minimizing side effects. Dont take calcium and iron supplement together

I get up late actually so mera breakfast kum lunch wala hisab hota ha so I take fefol vit at noon, sunny D after dinner and calc C in evening (2 times in week) .. So, I'm taking these tablets in right time or not??
@@areej2112 the actual thing we have to keep in mind with calcium is water intake. Excess calcium can cause kidney stones. So when we drink water,we are aiding the kidneys to get rid of excess calcium. Drink maximum water intermittently after taking calcium. I hope it's better understood now 💓
