Wow! I didn't know people were still playing this amazing 1930's big band sound. Bravo all those young musicians...my Dad (here in UK) was a dance band pianist in those days and I was raised on this music. Fletcher Henderson had the best band by far then. DSCM is a classic. Big Love to the High School Orchestra...heart warming.

Sight... The clarinet is really good when it comes to melody and "lyrics". With the sax, we have 2 good sentimentally rich instruments.

So much talent and love for music, great jazz! I love this!!! Amazing reed section and solos, great rhythm section, drum and bass supertight, amazing piano and guitar solo. Guitarist changes to clarinet!! Great trumpets just feeling every 8th note of this piece in their body. And these two bones are super cool!
