Basic connection of pc to panel using tools 8000 software fire alarm system. Create backup from your pc, control the panel, make diagnostic and loop testing.
For software you can just upload a blank data so the panel will have a clear format (an empty or blank system), for firmware its very sensitive that you update or erase the firmware it might destroy the whole panel as you know how expensive the panel is.but if you have the original firmware or backup of it,atleast you can restore the panel to its original state.thanks
@@markgestadavid I have 1.15.1 version of Tool 8000. is it ok? also i checked many panels , that we cant connect laptop directly through printer cable its requird serial bus controller
My system was working fine. I connected my laptop and through tools8000, i downloaded tge data. But now tge system is asking for password for the panel. Bht i never put the password. Any ideas???
Try 1234, the programmer put password so no one can edit the program,sadly you cannot by pass it,the only way is to reprogram the panel and overwrite the program or flash the memory to return it to factory default panel all data will be erase.
Hello I have a problem with my esser iq8 i had to move it Somewhere else and when i powered it again it shows random faults i did a loop wiring test with tools 8000 everything is good but still showing faults Are you familiar with this?
You need to reprogram and upload it to the panel or check the loop card if damage,the loop wiring if properly connected or no short circuit. You need to check the fault what it is giving you to make sure
@Gostavo Mostafa if the panel has no problem before you remove to its original place ,then you should have no problem,but as you said faults came,then you need to check your wiring connection and everything.if faults still exist you really need to reprogram the panel accordingly to remove faults as a new commissioning panel to remove faults.
@@markgestadavid here is iq8 control pannel. And 2 different loop have 2 fault at diffrent location. First i did clean the device and after make reset. Again fault came. After i did change that smoke with base and make programme of replace smoke. But after some time again fault came. So now what i do? Because i follow all step of solve the fault but fault again came.
@@Afzal214 well in esser you cannot just rely on voltage you also need to use software to pinpoint the problem, maybe it has loop open or grounding fault

@@jkabayan105 hindi, kailangan mo syang i wiring recognize at mai program ang panel, pag na overwrite na ang panel at maisend mo ang program na wala na ang device dun palang magiging successfull, means mawawala ang fault sa panel. check mo pa ibang video ko para magka idea ka pa, thanks. dont forget to subscribe.
