I loved this format of conversation. I watched the latest complete interview with Shabbar Zaidi on Raftaar. Of course, he makes a lot of sense. But I have become a cynic. The cynic inside me tells me that every government employee becomes a revolutionary after retirement. I felt sorry for Shabbar Zaidi that he got beaten up by the business mafia inside the governor's house, because I too have been beaten up inside government offices like countless other Pakistanis. Pakistan is an overanalyzed country, so much so that we have been in an analysis-paralysis phase for a long time. I wish to see long term and sustainable action on the policies now.

... Zaidi, you've ruined the podcast with your meaningless and unnecessary intrusions. Be a good listener wiseman. Get the valid hint from Mr Shabbar, 'few marasis of PTI pompted Imran Khan when he was in power' , guess who he was bluntly referring to. It’s a bit of a reach and untenable conclusion that since the 1970 elections led to dismemberment, therefore the 🥾 cannot allow free and fair elections to happen again. Sorry: all the government at the time had to do was handover the reigns, but they decided that they will never be subservient to the Bengali and the West Pakistani politicians knew that their chances of forming the government were very remote for the foreseeable future, given the demographics, therefore it was best to get rid of them. I was taken aback by the host's surprisingly low IQ level and novice comments. Given his experience and extensive background, I had anticipated someone of much higher caliber. It was a significant disappointment. On the other hand, Shabbar Zaidi, as always, delivered an outstanding analysis of the current situation and offered extremely pragmatic solutions despite the challenging circumstances. The country's situation is so dire that it seems to be heading toward a complete disintegration. Even a superman might struggle to set things right, let alone Imran Khan.
