Here's something to think about. So assuming you understand the whole "every action, equal and opposite reaction" thing, then shouldn't estarossa be able to punch an object and then full counter that equal and opposite reaction? But then that would be another, larger action which would get another reaction so on and so forth, essentially allowing him to reach infinite kinetic energy with a single punch so long as he isn't moving whatever he punches
