This song slowed and reverbed hits different than others. Others are nostalgic, wistful, and even sad. This is just so chill and relaxing, as if nothing in the world is wrong.
Just imagine, it's 7P.M., you see the sun as it's setting, you've just made it to L.A, thinking of your hometown, excited for your journey. It's now 9P.M., and everyone is unpacking after their showers. You're up. As you slowly step in, you feel the warmth of the steaming shower. You hum to yourself, not realizing how fast time is passing by. "Come on Elle!" Your friend shouts from the outside. "Sorry!" You shout, laughing to yourself, how amazing you feel, as you cut the shower off and step out, wrapping your towel around you. You dress yourself, and unpack your clothes and set some for tomorrow. You then cut off the lights, thing about how you've just made it to L.A. already, how you've had such a good time. "Today was a good day" you say to yourself as you step into the bed.
