Estes scale model 1:200 Saturn V (pre-assembled) launch, shot with a GoPro 7 in 720p/240 fps mode. A gust of wind just before launch tilted my homemade launchpad, so it looks like a Saturn V being launched in an earthquake!
Perfect, just like when I was a kid when all the fins on my rocket fell off at liftoff. The rocket spun around a million times and finally smashed into the ground. I laughed as this one barely made it off the launch pad before falling over. Hey, it's still fun.
I did an Apollo 11 anniversary launch on that same day. Thats also the last rocket launch I did. But I launched the larger 1:100 scale version from estes.
