Ajay it would be better if we corral te against vacuum level for the distillation

To make it simple, the boiling point was taken under vacuum without estimating it with vacuum, Video will be posted on it in coming days🙂

Hello sir please explain the cyclohexane distillation process in 6.3kl GLR total occupancy is 80%. utility is steam 0.5 to 1kg/cm2g pr.normal distillation. to complete the distillation time is 20-22hr. how to reduce the time

Why we consider utility delta T across reactor around 4-5 degrees?? In both the cases - heating and cooling?

That is the maximum possible dT due to the pressured circulation of utility
