Thank you for this. 🙏 Just had an extremely difficult conversation and I literally feel like I'm about to throw up right now - but, for the first time in my life I was able to recognize that someone was guilt-tripping/manipulating me (like, in the moment, as it was happening) and instead of freezing or fawning, I actually had the strength and wherewithal to call it out right then and there, without losing any ground, shutting down, backpedalling or apologizing. Yep...the physical mess is. metaphor for messy shit in life. Moving back in with all that mess is a family member coming back around with mess. Instead of healing old family wounds. Cleaning up and moving them out is a mirror of addressing all that mess...like once you do the laundry its clean and put away. Pack this persons trauma up after addressing it and move them along. Dont focus on you didnt make the mess address its theres clarify what belongs to them clean it up and pack it up to take it with them on their way out the door.

Thank you for the reading. This has upset me greatly. The lessons I've learned along this journey brought me self-love, self-confidence, and a closer spiritual connection to God. I think I know who has done this. They are definitely passing their problems off to me and I won't allow this. Waste of time, energy, and money to my enemies. And i said "ladies" as i believe the majority of females fantasise differently to Males, Males tend to need physical/visual stimuli hence the higher ratio of males viewing porn to females.
