Hi, i have meydan and i love IT and i have turath anda bahar from The first generation, a want To know who is The One you love most In The second generation and The One you think That perform better
JoeSCENTMe yes you are correct. Which ones would you recommend? Just saw on Facebook they are releasing a fragrance that costs 1.5 million dollars “Shumukh”
Noel Dean yes I saw pictures of it online. It’s incredible. I so badly want to smell it. The presentation looks divine. As for the second gen collection samples. Haibah is out of this world, Baz also amazing. I love Diwan too. I love them all! Abjar will be the toughest to wear because it’s very barnyardy leather ... smells like a horse’s stall hay and all. The rest are top notch.
Okay I thought Xerjoff, Roja, Royal Crown had great presentations. These are just on another level!🤩 I'd like to see the flacons up close. 🕵🏾♂️ I bet that glass is bubble free, and thick!
Hey Joe! I really wanna get Durra, but only because I have Bahar, and I absolutely love it, so I'm imagining Durra as an even more amazing version of it Do they smell similar?
Some of them are summer spring and the rest are all fall winter. Yes from my experience when wearing the samples they last a long time and they’re beast mode.
Rimal and Oud from Gen 1 and Haibah and Baz from Gen 2. I would like also add a third from each. Turath (added after this video was made) from Gen 1 and Diwan from Gen 2
Thank you, Joe, for this! I’m trying to buy Meydan from the 1st generation. I’ve heard a lot of positive reviews about it. But now after seeing that it has a 2nd generation, Abjar, what do you think?
JoeSCENTMe I've ordered the testers. It's too challenging for me, as well. I liked Meydan better. I've also tried their floral one, Narjasi; it doesn't smell as good as it looks, surprisingly. + I'm from the Middle East, and some of them are too strong still. I'm mixing now LV’s Ombre Nomade with Meydan, & I've been getting lots of comments. 👍🏻
Am I late to the party? I have Turath, Majalis and Rimal from GEN1 and just blind bought Abjar the horse from GEN2. I heard its very animalic so could you please compare with Meydan and give me your thoughts about Abjar?
@@Heman88888 Meydan is full leather with green notes where as Abjar is animalic musk with green notes. Both are very different and I love both. Hard to pick one
I know for a fact this stand is blasting the entire building out, nuclear, and 4 sprays of each. they lasts for days. I bet the neighboring stands were looking to murder The Spirit of Dubai stand. Outrageously inconsiderate, but I liked it! haha. EVERY-TIME I wear my Gen.1 people bitch and moan and complain and ask what is that so strong for, I love it.
Jaysin5506 for some reason I thought I was responding to a comment where someone had written where they said they had the entire first collection and 3 or 4 of the 2nd gen collection. I was admiring that and wasn’t trying to be condescending. I must have responded to the wrong comment then. My bad.
@@JoeSCENTMe Ok I must have took your comment the wrong way, it gave me a "knee jerk" feeling for some reason. Just a personality learning curve (I hope) I humbly apologize, sincerely. Keep up the content, I'm watching from afar 🗿
Generic smell, poor performance. I was stunned how linear and shortlived fragrances were. I went to choose and buy a new fragrance from this house. And even though fragrances are discounted now, I returned home empty-handed. I was never so dissapointed. You will find better fragrances in Dubai supermarkets. I am not joking. Forget "The Spirit of Dubai" collections, forget "Al Quraishi", if you are in Dubai try "Hind Al Oud".
@@sanjayshah4072 Spirit of Dubai is a joke. I have no other words. I remember when it was introduced in 2015 and it wasn't so bad, it was definitely overpriced, but what is sold now is just a shame.
