ET Nice Drive 300: How to identify common faults 

Good morning dear Sirs, I have a problem with my Nice 300 stepper motor, it presents an error “ES” whenever I configure the beam limits before reaching the end of travel it stops and displays this error I would like to know how I can solve it . Tanks

Hi. My battery (24v) was replaced. Now the gate operates a few times. It then stops working. It only starts working again when the live wire ( with fuse) is disconnected and reconnected with the mains off. What is the possible cause of this?

My Drive 500/600 have the following message: Lim fault. Open manual release. How do I fix this?

Hi there. My gate with a 24v 3.5ah battery stopped working. Friend had a new 12v 7ah battery at home and I tried that but it didn't work. I thought it might with ohm's law making it same power, but to eliminate any other issues, can you confirm that a 12v definitely won't work
