I love the fact that ET used the experience from his first 5k the same morning before his speech to enhance his speech. He could've came to his audience with something that was already prepared but instead he used the 5k run to propel his speech to another level. ET did the speech probably a couple hours after the run so I'm sure he didn't have time to really prepare what he was going to talk about. Sooo much talent and knowledge when it comes to speaking!!! #rightoffthedome

Not only is he a great motivator he's also a great person to study if you want to get into any form of public speaking. Having the level passion on stage like ET and the ability to get an idea across clearly like him is rare.

In need of EVERYONE'S HELP!!. If ET has inspired you In any way I need your help in pouring back into him and his wife. I was listening to a, clip of his and he mentioned his wife had some health issues. Long story short, I am calling for a WORLDWIDE PRAYER for the healing of Mrs. Thomas. Asking all to join me on February 21st, 2014 at 2:21am est, to pray until 3:00am. I don't know ET, nor do I know if his wife is still having issues, but I do know that we are supposed to pray for our leaders, and he is truly a leader. Please, please help me in spreading the word. E, you are seriously changing my life for the better. I'm studying for tests now and thoroughly doing my homework. I'm one of the smarter kids in my grade so when i have 2 or more B's I watch one of your vids and it drives me to push harder to get straight A's. I had this idea a couple of weeks, to start motivating people at the being of the week. I thought of "Motivational Mondays!" Then started to do some research and found the GREAT Eric Thomas and realized he had been doing this with "TGIM" for some time now. Amazing, this inspired me even more! I just want to say THANK YOU Eric!! I'm in the Air Force and I'm using your videos as one of my tools to help motivate my fellow Airmen! Keep it up and God bless!!

Only one who got you beat in the motivational game is Jesus Christ.lol. but brotha human wise you the best i can't remember when i started watching you but damn you have gotten me to rewire my mind to the point where in the beganing. The only source of inspiration or motivation i had to go off of was that 1st degree blackbelt hanging up in my room. And comic book superheros. Like well shit.If flash can overcome that than i can get out of this problem. If Green Arrow can go through that and still be strong than i can overcome depression. Then i found you.
