Not really . Eros in the comics has sex with alot of women , charming & many people likes him . Is that not harry styles whole career ?? Lol I think most people (men) insecurities are showing because they judging somebody base off knowing the females they want they can't have because they want harry. There's nothing else nobody can judge harry off of other then that reason .

The Celestials are always experimenting. The Deviants were a failed experiment. So maybe Ego and Thanos are experiments. As for the Asgardians, Asgard is a floating chunk of rock, what if it was a surviving piece of a planet that birthed a Celestial? Maybe the ancestors of the Asgardians found out that their planet had a Celestial and they managed to shield a chunk of their planet from destruction and that became Asgard.

A’lars or Mentor as he’s often called actually created DRAX THE DESTROYER with the specific purpose of killing the Mad Titan, Thanos. Drax actually fulfills his duty during the Annihilation War when he ripped Thanos beating heart out of his chest.

There is a throw away line about Titan being 8° off its axis and the gravitational pull is all over the place, so I think there was at least a partial emergence. Global famine dose not tilt a planet. The famine and death could have resulted in the celestial not having enough energy when it tried to emerge and essentially being stillborn.

He actually did a good job acting in Dunkirk. I’m not surprised he’s getting cast in more roles! The next movie he’s starring in, alongside Florence Pugh and Gemma Chan, looks very promising as well (Don’t Worry Darling). I don’t think anyone saw his acting career coming, but he’s a very charismatic and charming person. It’ll be interesting to see what else he’ll be cast in in the future.

Why isn't anyone talking about how there are Eros (god of love) and Thanatos (god of death) in greek mythology? I mean Thanatos is clearly derived from Thanos (in MCU of course). And Eros and Thanatos represent two opposites in literature.

The connection between the Eternals and Asgardians noted in this video made me wonder for the first time if Eros might be in Thor: Love and Thunder, to further play with the title. Also feels like Taika Waititi would be the best director to build out Eros as a character. A long shot, I’m sure, but would be fun!

Do you guys think that Star lord does still have his Celestial powers? I know Ego said that if Peter kills him he would lose his powers and seemingly he did (?) . but he still does have his Celestial genes after all. I think his powers might have gone temporarily and maybe we will see him with his powers again? I don't know if this happens but if it does , that would be really cool.

I always thought it would be cool if Titan did have an emergence and that's what causes Titans destruction. What if this caused Thanos to want to wipe out half the population, thus sparring all other worlds from what his home endured. All I'm saying is that Thanos is the true hero.

But this is why the Thanos explanation in Eternals makes no sense. They said they could not interfere with conflicts of earth. But what Thanos was doing would have interupted the emergence on earth as well as any other seeded planet in the universe. This would have directly made it a celestial/Eternal problem. Obviously, it's about plot. If the Eternals and/or celestials interfered, Thanos would not have gotten far. Also, the Eternals said they were not wiped by the blip. So if Thanos is an Eternal in canon, why was he able to be wiped out by Tony's snap? There seems to be a lot of plot holes that need explaining or fixing

Just a thought. What if the reason for Earth Eternals being Synthetic (created by Arashem) while Titan Eternals are not (because Thanos bled and got his head chopped off) is because they were created by another Eternal. What if to keep it simple, since we know Knowhere is the head of an Eternal, that could have been the creator for the Titan's Eternal. And since it is dead, there is no one to keep them in check. That is why they are more freely able to do what they want after millenia of not being monitored by their Eternal. Since they lost their purpose, Titan basically went to sh*t and that is how the seed inside Titan never hatched. The Eternals of Earth could also be a later creation where Celestials found that using Synthetics is more "convenient" for their purpose rather than creating Organic Eternals like Eros and Thanos as they could reproduce and maybe the instructions "encoded" into the Organic Eternals also waned/weakened as you go down a generation or two, thereby rendering not fit for the Celestials purpose anymore. And they could even more freely choose to rebel against their creators.

@@abrahamherrera7023 I think Ego was a celestial and that’s why he wanted Quill so he can begin his emergence. The celestials have been around for thousands of years. They probably have to wait to begin the emergence. Hence why Arishem began after Thanos and the avengers fight because I think the snap did something the celestisls need to do it.

Definitely think that movie wasn’t horrible but also wasn’t good. Felt like some of the Characters were forgettable like Sprite and Kingo. Also minor thing that bothered me was if an Celestial happened to pop out of the center of the Earth, wouldn’t that just completely destroy the planet? 6.5/10.

There is a scene in Endgame where Natasha talks about earthquakes under Indian ocean. Captain Marvel replies that it is happening in many other planets. At least they can always time travel back to Endgame final, snap out all the celestials and leave the Infinity Stones to Captain America.

You're kinda mixing things up too much. Earth X is an alternate reality. The Eternals of Titan came from Earth and left Earth, so there's no baby Celestial in Titan. The Titan Eternals abandoned their duties on Earth.

Just so long as they don't belittle Eternity like they did exposing us to the talking Celestials in a movie about the Justice League fighting dogs. Ugh,I love Marvel and now I'm not looking forward to anything. The Celestials were one of the coolest tricks in their bag, and they killed and deceived one in the first appearance; this was disappointing.

Honestly I think they’ll go the adopted route. Thanos being adopted solves this entire nightmare of a family tree. Would love to see “Guardians of the Galaxy 3: Family Ties” which would bring in the Eternals to meet Quill and his group.

I dont see how starving would make Titan tilt off its axis and look destroyed. Whos to say a Celestial didn't come from the core? maybe Titan is multiple times larger than say Earth?!? Even Peter was confused how the planet was so messed up. Its possible.

What if EGO was the celestial NoWhere before he got his head cut off the it was cut and his brain survive and was floating out in space and then he became EGO.... Something like the celestials never really die just transfer their life energy???

Way too much ret con going on... A pretzel factory has less twists and turns than the ones people are making to try and make sense of the MCU anymore... The snap's are something that stands out for me, so Thanos snap slowed the celestials birth, while the hulk's snap jump started it again (like a defibrillator) so why does iron man's snap have no effect, but it wipes out all of Thanos army and Thanos who is a eternal/celestial or son of eternal/celestial.. yet eternals weren't effected by the snaps in anyway. 🤷 It's just a convoluted mess... All the fan theories and people getting their hopes up for things that might not come to fruition the way they want is interesting to watch..

@@c.a.t4607 the thing about eternals not being effected by the snaps is, you have to directly think about what you want the snap to do while snapping. If the one doing the snapping doesn’t know the existence of something then they can’t use the infinity gauntlet on it. So tony and the hulk makes since. And we don’t know if thanos was aware or not either. And had thanos known, the eternals are supposed to protect civilizations, he wouldn’t have needed to eliminate them as his end goal was to save all life from repeating the same mistakes on his planet.

I know that p but in thor the dark world it was revealed that the darkelves predate the universe, they existed in the void. So before the universe came to be, we know atleast that the void was populated by the darkelves and arishem. I have a feeling that they will introduce knull and will reveal that the darkelves worshiped knull.

I heard that Knull came when there's nothing but a void. Is it true ? Here what I found Knull is a primordial deity that came into being following the destruction of the sixth iteration of the cosmos, and was originally content to drift through the endless void until the Celestials arrived and began creating the 7th iteration of the Marvel Universe. Awakened by the "Light of the Creation" and outraged by his kingdom of darkness being despoiled, Knull retaliated by creating All-Black the Necrosword and killing one of the Celestials. Seeing this, the other Celestials banished Knull and the severed head deeper into the Void. He then used the head to forge the symbiote and combined it with the cosmic energies of the head, which would eventually become Knowhere. In doing so, he unintentionally gave the symbiotes their weaknesses to sonic attacks and fire. He created a symbiote armor and, with All-Black, started killing the other deities, until he crash-landed on an unnamed planet where Gorr took All-Black from the incapacitated Knull.

The big twist should have been the deviants we’re hunting humans since humans were the apex predators in the way of the much smaller unknown mutant population in earth. All it would have took is during a deviant attack for a deviant to run up to what looked to be a normal human and stop short as if it recognized it and ran off to attack the rest of the actual humans.
