Is it possible to attend community college for an associate's degree before applying for a bachelor's at ETH Zurich? I ended up getting awful scores in high school because of Covid and I want to make them up so my application looks better. I self study a lot of subjects so my lack of good scoring isn't from a lack of desire to learn or my abilities. I'm currently in the United States and want to attend for a physics degree.
@@river1328sat or act is pretty much useless in these unis, what you should do is consult with your college counselor, and give it a shot if the grades aren’t too bad if they are retake the few final classes or probably community college but that would be long. That’s your choice, although why don’t go to unis over there, US is a great place to study as well. But yeah you can than apply but do consult a college counselor.
What guidance you provide for ETH Zurich? We are in US. We are very familiar with the College Counseling for US. But not sure about ETH Zurich for Masters Program. Is GRE - GMAT required?
We help with college admissions services to ETH and other european colleges along with USA and other countries, depending upon your interests and aspirations. They do require GRE for some majors.
can I get a master's degree for eth Zurich if my bachelor's degree is in another field? Like i have done my bachelor's in chemistry and then I did Software development courses and now working in IT company...so now I'm looking forward to do my masters from eth Zurich...do u think I'll get addmission?
look at the computer science programs at ETH, particularly the very high level in mathematics. You will already be able to compare with yours. Then you should know that today ETH and EPFL (the other Swiss federal school) certainly have one of the best teaching corps in the world (the same level as Stanford). So the level is very high for bachelors and then masters. Yesterday, for exemple, EPFL recruted Professor Andrei Negut from MIT !
@@lh9135 Oh yeah you're right, theres lot of competition already and I have to accept there's very minimal chances for me to get into ETH given my background. Do you have any idea or can you suggest which good countries/ universities I should look for my masters in IT field. (I'm from India tho)
@@rohitavhad2227 Try your IITs well known worldwide today, with double diploma. For exemple, IIT Gandhinagar collaborates with University of San Diego for joint, dual degree courses. Good luck.
Hi bro, i am having bachelor's and master's in pharmacy having 2 years of relevant experience. Msc in pharmaceutical sciences. What's the minimum percentage they seek in my bachelor?
Does 27% acceptance rate mean 27% of candidates who fulfil the requirement get in? For Bachelors, what other than academic results matter in the application process?
It's the number of applicants applied vs applicants accepted. So out of 100 students who applied, only 27 got admission, that's 27% admit rate. For Bachelors you must fulfil language requirement (German) and also you might need to take entrance examination (that you will know after submitting your applications, or you can contact the univ).
@@1310-r2nno. ETH stands for Eidgenössische Technologische Hochschule which translates to Federal Institute of TECHNOLOGY so no! There are no UG finance courses. There are however Masters programs but you have to have an engineering background to be able tl do these. As for PG there is a program together with HSG.
I am currently in my final yr of Electrical and electronics enginerring (normal college) and i want to do masters nd Phd at ETH zurich. My desire is doing research .Will I be able to get admission there in energy domain ? (Note: I am not a top student but did my summer intern at IITM and doing my final yr project at NITT)
@@cleopatra8688 hy , I'm currently working on the NITT project (DST SREB funded ) and I'm continuing on that fr the upcoming yr after my graduation in 2024. i'm applying only fr FALL 25.😃
Is German required for bachelors degree if I have proficiency in English? I would like to pursue bachelors degree in political science. Does this university fit me?
Do I have to submit my school score for masters or just bachelor' score is enough because I don't have good score in my high school but excellent School in my bachelors
Hi my jerome I want to apply for Eth Zurich for my masters in robotics and I tried to apply via website but it was totally confusing As a robotic engineer it's my dream college can you please tell me how to apply for masters in robotics at zth
@@BlueSkiesAbove39 yeah bro even Mee too have same doubt, but at least I am trying do something in my life but unlike you I am not trying to demotivate any person out there
@@jeromejohny2297 You know nothing about my life. I'm just pointing out the FACT that if you are confused by a website you are not going to be a success abroad. I wouldn't bother applying.
@@BlueSkiesAbove39 I think you can stop caring less about my success and start caring more about your success coming to the applications part I will figure it out and thank you for your concern 😉
@@jeromejohny2297keep trying, ask me something if you have a problem, I can help you as far as my knowledge allows me. And please ignore such people, not only do they not do something with their lives but demotivate others.
Hello, Shirich and thank you for the video. I would like to ask you a few questions (if you know) 😃 1. Do you think that it makes sense to apply to multiple programmes, or do you think that if I am rejected by one, I will be rejected by all? 2. If I studied at another university before, but I didn't finish it yet, do you think it could be a reason to be rejected or would it be a disadvantage? 3. They say that you can sent the German certificate until September, but the admission decision is taken in May. Do you think it is a disadvantage if I sent the German certificate later? 4. If I do get accepted, how likely is it that I will be kicked out? (I heard that if you fail just one of your exams you are kicked out, is this true?) I think that's all for now, thank you so much 🧡
Damn…you need to be European at heart to get in or fit in? 😔. I wanted to go. I’m American, but I’m hespanic at heart cuz parents are hespanic. In fact, as first generation, Trump might say I’m not American. I just was born and raised and live here. I definitely feel more hespanic than American tho. Easily
