I think we are 100% getting a Quint. Here are my reasons why! 1. you can't max out the castle yet 2. they specified "final quad" and not final monster 3. notice how the description of the update says "The final wave is upon us!" instead of "The final wave is here!" basically meaning the final wave is coming soon and not specifically here yet 4. there is plenty of room in the synthesizer menu for a quint option 5. they broke the pattern they said existed 6. the synthesizer bio's last sentence heavily implies the quint There's no way this is how Workshop ends... stay strong.
Honestly I'm not disappointed by Oogiddy in the slightest, you don't need a monumental change to a song to make it a good monster, and design wise its everything I wanted from a poison quad
After i have actually been able to experience oogiddy im actually not disappointed or upset. Absolutely love it good company with rhysmuth sounds and i think it is meant to embrace some sillyness in the animation and name. Tbh i actually kinda hate how overpowering rhysmuth was so this is def better i feel than that.
I love how its Bio literally says "ok we get it, not what you were expecting, and not in a good way" and how that is EXACTLY what everyone is thinking at this moment. Honestly, that just makes me think the Monster Handlers got us playing into their hands a bit. _They're doing something. _*_And its gonna be BIG._*
also before the nerds come in saying “umm actually this is the final wave there is no quint 🤓🤓”, the synthesizer is definitley teasing the quint, and this could just be part 1 of wave 6, it said wave 6 is upon us, not that wave 6 is here. also remember how many times they have lied, about triple and quad ethereals, epic wubbox, viveine, jam boree, wubbox, you know this is another trick, dont look at this from a surface level and jump to conclusions
yknow ive had this theory which i think could happen. with workshop and continent now both missing only 1 hyped up monsters (the hex and quint), i think it feels right for them both to release at the same time during anniversary. people called me crazy when i said gnarls would release in summersong instead of spooktacle so the last monster could release in anniversary yet here we are. itd be so cool for these 2 monsters to come out together
I really like Oogiddy. Like, Ethereal Workshops theme is experimentiveness, and this monster fits that to a tea. Also its based on a cuttlefish, which have Chromatophors on their heads which they use as a "don't come near me" signal, and Oogiddy has them too, which it uses to warn other monsters that its liquids are toxic. Also MPG got the slime from his original Workshop prediction video right which is pretty funny.

It’s because Monsters don’t leave their home island when they go to Gold Island. So that means Jam Boree would still be on Seasonal Shanty. They tricked us with a technicality.

I have a theory, that the final wave is just being used to throw people off the trak for the quint, and I think that the quint will be the insectoid monster, cover in the synthesizer's top buld, and covered in a liquid-meeblike substance, but to get it, you have to have (at least) one of each monster, before the bulb breaks open, and restarting the synthesizer upgrades.
Maybe the reason there is no quint is because it would be both so powerful yet so unstable that it could put the very fabric of reality at risk of a total collapse!

MPG, just so you know, the Fyre Oasys QR code took you to a thing with a bunch of artists, including SZA, Kendrick Lamar, and Taylor Swift. Theres 31 monsters on the Natural team There’s 31 singers/rappers (Drake is crossed out haha), it’s on the 31st… Mimic might be coming home 👀
Just because the Synthesiser is complete, it doesn’t mean that it’s not done synthesising… it will come out. If it won’t then I’ll take these words to my grave!
Nope because it wont make any sense to have another Ethereal IF its being A UPDATE, because additions are for OTHER CLASSES to join so NO i dont see a Ethereal quint to happen since it the Poison Quad would of labeled Wave 6 and NOT the FINAL WAVE to make sense, and besides every SINGLE quint we currently have are Top Bosses of 1 of 6 elements so in order to have a quint we need a new element to be similar to the Ethereal elements.
One thing I fear is that now that we only have one monster left, how will the quint if it does come, fill in the empty spots in the song and continue the bridge??
After watching this video, I just had a thought, considering that the hex element monster still isn’t in dof And the long anticipated quint monster isn’t in my singing monsters there could be a chance that maybe they could both release towards the end of anniversary month, as a surprise.
I'm not buying that this is the final monster. Final Quad, yes, but final waves are usually this big island specific event. Kinda like how they concluded Amber island during echos of eco
Idk. I think this might just be an anticlimactic ending to workshop. I am pretty sure they are done with seasonal events so Idk how workshop would even have one
@@Its_A.Secret618 still not buying it. Every chance they've had at making a quint, they've taken it. We even got the mimic despite it being seemingly lost forever. Hell, they even said that we wouldn't get triple/quad ethereals because they're too unstable and loo where we are now I'm not buying that they're gonna look at the one single chance of getting an ethereal quint and not take it and instead choose to end such a lore important island off during summer song Maybe we'll get something during anniversary month, maybe next year during life formula or maybe something completely different but I've been playing this game long enough to know what is "this is over" vs "this is over... or is it 😉"

How many times have they said something that turned out to be opposite "There's not gonna be triple/quadruple ethereals cause they're too unstable" "We're not making the mimic" "Viveine is only gonna be on Amber" "Seasonals aren't gonna be in DoF" Monster handlers have been messing with us for years by saying something isn't gonna happen only to turn around and make it happen
That attitude is just going to make you even more disappointed when the quint does not come, and the creature inside the synthesizer is something else entirely different. It's better not to get your hopes up, and just not expect anything, because then you just get disappointed. Thats what happened to me with cave island gnarls. I had high hopes, but they made a bad sound for it and bad animations. It's just straight up disappointment if you think like that.
@@Its_A.Secret618 I'm not saying the creature in the synthesizer is the quint. I never believed it was. I've always believed it's just a representation of how triple/quad ethereals are made. I'm just saying that it's VERY common for the monster handlers to say one thing and then do a COMPLETE 180 later on. Can you imagine how boring a lot of reveals would've been if we didn't get that element of surprise? Like they just dropped Mimic's reveal on some random day with no warning after we've been told for years it's never happening. Ethereal workshop after years of telling us we're not getting triple/quad ethereals. I'm like a grizzled war veteran with the monster handlers. I know how they play. They feed off of those "NO WAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD NEVER DO THIS! THATS SO COOL" reactions like it's their life blood. I take every word they say with a metric ton of salt imported straight from the living ocean
The quint will come as we have a new castle upgrade which we didn't need for only the new quad as well the bio references a being inside so it will come :)

Some people are saying that they are hiding the quint (for lore reasons?) Like someone said epic wubbox (not sure wasn't there back then im not sure if its true or not) so lets hope we get it!
we are def gonna get the quint just not yet. BBB has lied about stuff in the past, like how they said that there would never be triple-element ethereals, or that that there would be no epic wubbox, or the jam boree wouldn't be on gold island.
It appears to be a weird blend of cuttlefish, octopus, and squid. Specifically, the blue ringed octopus, otherwise known as one of the most dangerous marine animals in the world. Though it's small, its bite is laced with poison that can kill. At least Oogiddy is looking out for it's fellow monsters.
I think we're still getting the quint. It hasn't been 9 weeks yet, so it could arrive then (which'll be shortly before anniversary month, so maybe they'll save it for then). Also, the end of the synthesizer's bio basically confirms the quint.

Idk, I've been kind of skeptical that there'd actually be an ethereal quint for a while now, so I guess I'm not as disappointed as I might be otherwise and won't be unhappy if there never is one--but I certainly won't be unhappy if we DO end up getting one, either!
The synthesizer is right next to Oogiddy in the promotional image, so I wouldn’t be surprised if Anniversary Month surprises us with a Final Wave Part 2.
Vhenshun looked so sad when he got sent back home at the end of the trailer😢 I kinda feel bad for him because he’s my favourite monster and since he was so happy when he found the way out but his plan ended up flunking right before he even had the chance to escape :(
If you look at the loading screen you can hoola is looking at us but, when loading is complete and msm logo starts filling up hoola looks directly at Oogiddy.
I think that the quint will make noise, but that it will BE the synthesizer (or at least perch on top of it), and that the reason this is the final wave is because you'll just be able to get it through normal synthesizer upgrades. I think it'll kinda act like the stairs stairshaper on Nexus, except it'll make noise.
With Oogidy dropping early and with the monster handlers announcing the Play Your Part community event, a bunch of people are predicting that the Quint will be dropping either in August or September; somewhere around the anniversary of the game. If not, then my guess that it might be around October to celebrate Ethereal Workshop’s 1 year anniversary.
