It's a beta form of Wubbox that was left behind in the workshop.
In order to get it you would need to box every triple element monster with ___ element that is on E.W. alongside one of the respective quad to get every phase individually. Each phase individually produces the combined production of all the monsters that went in the phase as if they were at level 10 with an overall 150% bonus. Once you get the last synthesizer upgrade you can place the small unpowered version of the quint wherever.
