For the bread itself, she is using finger millet(dagusa), dark teff ( tiqur teff), maize (beqolo), barley( gebs) and sorghum (mashela). She also stated you don’t have to have all, you can use 2, 3,4 or all types of flours. Hope this is helpful.

Anyone willing to summarize the process and the ingredients in english for me? I drank some Tela when I was in Ethiopia, but I have never tried to make it before. I am familiar with the Gesho leaves and stems, but what are the rest of the ingredients?
