Etika was one of the only youtubers that I know that had a genuine appreciation for the video game music during his gameplay. Almost always a genuine second to just appreciate the music when it came up. Loved the dude, will definitely miss him.

I've commented on another video of Etika reacting emotionally to Undertale, but this.... This shows Etika's true child-self. He was just like any of us, just wanting to have fun and enjoy things. That little bit at 7:43 where he seems to be tearing up from the MUSIC and the nostalgia it had..... That's beautiful.

Etika really made me appreciate life a lot more. Seeing him react to things helped me realize to appreciate the little things a lot more. I try not to take anything for granted anymore. He taught me how to live life more. He was a gift to us.

The reason why I love Etika so much is that he actually cared about the music in the games he played. That's mainly what I look up gameplays for, to see people's reactions to the music. And only he could provide at times.

This man still puts a big ass smile on my face even after his passing. Used to watch him all the time in high school. His streams were kinda like my comfort food after a long shitty day. The environment and energy he created was something I’ll never experience again. To this day this is the one RU-vid death that still hurts.
