Recipe:
For the meringues: (makes 9-10 2 1/2 inch in diameter)
3 Large Egg Whites
170g Caster Sugar
Or Shop bought meringue nests.
Strawberry Sauce:
100g Strawberries
1/2 tsp Icing Sugar
Eton Mess:
400ml Double Cream
400-500g Strawberries
Crushed Meringue Nests (as many as needed)
(All of these quantities can be changed to personal taste and for serving quantities)
