In this video titled EU4 A to Z - You Keep FORCING ME To Do The MOST INSANE GOALS I play as Palawa in Europa Universalis 4 1.36 King of Kings. This is the series titled A to Z where I attempt to play every* nation in EU4 in alphabetical order. Of course I had to remove some nations so the challenge doesn't get too boring. In this video I play as the nation of Palawa and I attempt to get 10 allies, get them all to 100 trust, never decline a call to arms, get 8 diplo rep and defeat a great power using only allies and mercs. Palembang is probably the last pirate tag beside So. Since you probably have a plan for So already, as Palembang, conquer all "pirates province" (Tsushima, New Providence, Rugen, Gotland, ect...).

There should be an option on the last page of the peace deal window where war reparations is called "Annex Migratory Tribe". If you do that, you full annex the tribe, and they actually disappear instead of moving to a new province. I don't think you can do that with a native gov type, but once you reform into a horde it should be available

As Palembang you should be the pirate masters of the islands: privateer more than 50% of the English Channel, Nippon, and Caribbean trade nodes while only owning every island in the Malacca node.

Palembang sounds actually similar to Polish "Palę bank", which means "I'm burning the bank" - so as Palembang make Poland not exist and don't take any loan (because you've burnt the bank actually)

My problem playing in Australia is that I'm never able to get strong enough allies to keep the Europeans at bay. I can usually defeat Castille (and it's ALWAYS Castille) the first time or two, but then France or Britain show up and then it's continual tag-team warfare between them and Castille. I think my mistake is staying a horde too long which makes conquering Australia easier but leaves me with less development (due to razing) and thus too weak. I'll have to give it another try, switching to a Monarchy as soon as I can.

for future usage: u can stop migrtator tribes, at least in the new world, from resetteling by clicking annax migratory tribe in the peace deal

A few goals for Palembang. 1: Form Malaya 2: Control the area of Somalia and/or the caribbean as a pirate republic. 3: Fight Ming in a war/make Ming explode. 4: Privateer a European trade node, such as Sevilla or the English Channel. Just some ideas. Super excited for Palembang.

As Palembang form a pirate republic take over the whole Caribbean, move Capitol to Tortuga and conquer all 3 end trade nodes and have the most trade power in all them 3 trade node with merchants (pirates) collecting in all 3 nodes ( pirates gotta take all that g away from Europe lol)

I feel it. In my playthrough I took over the island with Yolngu. I'm around the 1700s and in the last century or so all the damn european powers just took turns trying to beat me up. Sometimes even two or three of them at the same time. I get 1.6k gold regularly from them when I kick them off the island, but I have barely the time to do anything else. Now even Majapahit wants to join the action. Life is pain.

Hey Hawk, long time follower here! I dont know if anyone already told this but is there any specific reason why you dont (after you get colonists) just recall and send them to the available provinces to block natives to migrate? I think that would speed things up in regions like this, I'm not a pro tho.

Palembang is palm + bang. So own all the palm (tropical wood) island provinces in the world (I wouldn't dare suggesting all tropical wood in the world 😅) and have a unit of artillery on each of them.

As Palembang, you should emulate the historical Pirate Queen of Guangdong (Zheng Yi Sao, the most powerful female pirate in history) and become a Pirate Republic, own the entire coast of the South China Sea (where she operated), and chase at least one European colonizer out of Southeast Asia (she fought the East Empire Company and Portugal).

I think that if you select an option in the peace treaty called "annex migratory tribe" they will not migrate and you can annex them completely, although it will only be one province

You don't have to fight the migratory tribes over and over and over again... use the "Annex Migratory Tribe" option instead of normal annexation.

Is full annexing natives in the early game even good? It just seems to waste their monarch 👑 points for developing the provinces you will eventually steal from them. I don't know what is the benefit over just humiliating/generally demanding other things from them than land them over and over again.

As Palembang, ally 10 nations, build 100 trust with them, and then declare on all of them (not necessarily at the same time) while still being allied to them and win the wars.
