This is the reason why I came here at the first place: pure bordergore. I love EU4 what-if scenarios that offer the largest amount of border changing (especially weird borders) and country fragmentation. A combination of max technology for all countries, no war exhaustion, no truce and every country having imperialist casus belli to any other country would bring such a beautiful bordergore. Unfortunately this would make diplomatic opinions between any two countries to get extremely low due to aggressive expansion or for any other reason, which would hinder alliances from happen and military access from being accepted. Perhaps, making the diplomatic opinion between countries to be always +200 would make a more dynamic and vivid world map for us to watch. Nevertheless, a mandatory war between rivals also offered us a neat world map and too much entertainment.

How about a timelapse where the rulers don't die of old age? Just, you know, immortal unless killed.
