In my game I let Europia United snowball for role play. I united the Americas first and colonised in Oceania, India, Africa. at this point the EU had still more development than I did, but I had revenue and army quality on my side, so I took back the British Isles.

When I played this mod, the USA still came into existence except it was formed by the Creek and other Native American tribes
