I sadly have never done a Dexa. I'm sorry that I didn't specify in the video how the Inbody is mostly considered an industry standard with easily accessible body fat measurements. I also know my body fat is not that high. But here's a quick Google I did on it's accuracy. aspireregen.wpengine.com/how-does-the-inbody-scale-improve-how-we-measure-weight/#:~:text=The%20InBody%20Scale%20has%20been,be%20subjected%20to%20any%20radiation.
let it be howmuch ever number off from the actual... it should work correctly if we are using it t check the relative measurements... like whether it is reducing or increasing compared to last week/month.. yes?
I mean yes and no. It SHOULD work with relative measurements, but that would take longer testing and changing my body composition to due so. I still don't trust it though because a good amount of people who start a new workout routine and add weights to those workout see weight gain or not change at all to weight. They should see a decrease in body fat, but I don't trust this scale to due that because it seems to use a person's BMI to calculate body fat. If your weight goes up your BMI will go up as well even if you are losing fat and gaining muscle
Hey bro, I saw your video review starts from July 14, 2021 until the latest one (Oct 14, 2021), from Bveiugn, Eufy, until Xiaomi Mi Scale 2. I am wondering that your weight and PBF are stable during those periods, your video shows me that your weight is exactly same at 192.1 lbs and your PBF is 19.4%. Is it correct ? cmiiw.
I did do that as I didn't get a chance to get to another InBody scant so I used this and numbers. My weight didn't fluctuate that much in those 3 months.
When stood on the scale it shows my weight and other things. But to day my scale shows as lo. I have changed my batteries with new one. Still it shows lo. I'm arable to understand. Pl. Clarify it.
Is say just a normal scale. I'm thinking if I do find one that will work out will be around 200$. The funny thing is my Galaxy Watch 4 gives me a better body fat percentage than anything I've tested
I think the fat was measure through your leg side, which includes your bum hence you will always get scale that measure fat content slightly more percentage than your whole body measurement.
Sadly even though I would like to attribute it to a big rear end. I tend to keep the majority of my fat on my mid section where my legs are the leanest part of my body
