I think it's more a frightened smile, sometimes people laugh or smile when they're nervous. And the reason why she's scared makes a lot of sense. I used to be a lot like that before getting clean.. :/

Just because she hasn’t died yet doesn’t mean she isnt going to soon. Whether thats five years or ten years. This is the path she chose and its caused irreparable damage. She’s likely to die even if she chooses to recover now. Its too much stress on her body.

@@Oldcheetohs Exactly. I'm not even one of those people who says crap like "oh this year will be her last Christmas" because I don't believe that. I think it's likely she'll still be online, posting as normal next year and the year after that. But at the same time, she's doing some serious damage to her body and is at a higher risk for a medical emergency at any given point. Homegirl's been playing Just Dance on stream, dancing for 30+ minutes straight, out of breath, refusing to drink water. That's not healthy for anyone.

My hearts natural pace maker is out of wack and my heart flutters, beats really slow or really fast, has long beat pauses, and it can feel exactly how you said. More specifically the fluttering makes it feel like that but it does give a terrifying feeling and it also makes me question if im about to die and I'm not anorexic. I suffer from hearr issues that developed after suffering heart failure due to sepsis due to having both of my kidneys blocked by kidney stones, ever since then my heart has developed these weird palpitations and its extremely uncomfortable and at times even debilitating my daily life if they are constant enough. I can imagine Eugenia feeling such heart issues but knowing whats going on with my organs I do anything to fix that issue but for Eugene, we all know in the end she hates herself and this is an act of a very slow suicide that she doesn't want to happen but feels like theres no other way around or out to whatever issues she has. A permanent solution(death) to temporary problems(changing your views, habits, beliefs, etc in life and moving on with yourself)

My heart started skipping beats and I developed tachycardia (very fast abnormal heart rate) at age 16 from being anorexic from age 10 or 12. By the time I was 19 I was under the care of a cardiologist and put on beta blockers to control my heart rate. I was in the hospital many times before that and it continued throughout my 20s. I got pregnant with both of my kids severely underweight. I was 106 pounds 6 weeks post partum with my 2nd pregnancy. I remained underweight until my early 40s and I'm still on heart medication. Not a single doctor ever mentioned my being underweight as an issue. Nor did anyone in my family and the guys I dated/married liked me that thin. They'd draw baths or warm up our spa to keep me warm because I was always freezing. And I live in SoCal. If the temperature got below 78 degrees my body wasn't capable of keeping my temperature normal. I'm 46 now and I'm finally at a healthy weight for my height. I'm still in the lower percentile but no longer underweight. Just recently a sibling told me "I'm glad you're not anorexic anymore ". In front of our mother. I think growing up in Southern California being super thin was normalized. Also when you date a person while underweight, they obviously are into that so they'd discourage me from gaining weight. All my life my parents always had me share a meal with my mother at restaurants. My now ex husband and basically any man I dated always had me share a portion of their meals as well. Looking back now I think it's very crappy that nobody in my life reached out to help me. Instead they encouraged it. I was too weak to lift many things. Well I am healed and strong now. My heart doesn't skip beats. I can run up and down my stairs carrying things. I have a spin bike, hike and speed walk with my dog. I'm remarried and I am much healthier than my 2nd husband. He was also an enabler of my eating disorder these past 12 years. I love him, but I feel that he liked me physically weak and brittle. I definitely stunted my growth. My feet, ankles, hands , wrists and general bone structure are small and delicate. I've broken so many bones. But , no longer. My ankle break healed in 6 weeks and I was climbing the stairs with my cruches. I was on cruches on a cruise and the beaches. And I was able to get myself around amazingly well. Sorry for the long post. I just want anyone else struggling to know that healing is totally possible. I don't have ostepenia or osteoporosis. I've built muscles. I'm fast, limber, lythe and physically feel like I'm 16 again. But better because now I'm strong and healthy. The human body is an amazing thing and it can heal. People think that the damage done is permanent, but I have realized we can heal. Eugenia reminds me of myself, in that she also has enablers and a mother who either doesn't care or is too dumb to realize her daughter needs help. Also, my fertility was never effected. I never lost my period and it was and still is very regular. That's probably what saved my bones from disintegrating. Ladies, never get to underweight and malnourished that your period stops. That will rapidly age you. At one point my skin was paper thin like a 90 year old and half my hair fell out. I didn't realize how sick I was until I gained weight. I had no idea all the symptoms I had was because I was so thin. If you are anorexic make sure to eat lots of salmon, steak and apples. I also always had yogurt , eggs and cottage cheese for my bones. Harm reduction should be taught. I remained healthy for so long because what I did eat eas nutrient dense.

I have heart palpitations because of hypothyroidism and it really does make you cough 😩 so to think this is happening to her because of why it’s happening to her makes me so sad 🥺

this might be from when she had covid, and many people who have had it and are not vaccinated also have been infected multiple times. Not a good progonosis or unlikely for someone like her to be reinfected or have long covid because of her poor health

Her throat is not dry it is BURNED by acid reflux that you always get if you don't eat for such a long time.

Yes, I know exactly the feeling. When I am on my 1st day of period I dont eat much because of a bad mood and pain and also I am bloated and in pain at the belly so I start to not use my abdominal muscles and also have empty stomach and they feel weird and like, I cant cough without putting abdominal pressure of course, which I avoid to do in order to avoid extra abdominal contractions from period.

Maybe that's what she wants. If she could just find a mate to show her true love, then she might change her ways. However, it'll be too late to gain weight, as she will die.❤️

Coughing is the body's way of kick starting the heart into beating normally... Her heart is taking irreparable damage and isn't functioning properly.

@@theflyinggasmask are you a damn dr? Coughing 99% of the time has nothing to do with the heart. It also doesn't cause your heart to start beating regularly. If that was the case both my grandparents who had heart failure and died from it would have been hacking their brains out for years and guess what they didn't. All these comments are insane. NO, when your heart is weak it might beat out of sync, its called electrical dyssynchrony (Yes that's a thing, if you honestly want me to copy paste a whole wiki page in the TY comments to explain this stuff then you're out of your mind) coughing is on of the bodies ways of beating/shocking/knocking/persuading/helping/guiding the heart back in sync. I'm not saying every healthy person coughing is about to have a heart attack! But Eugenia has been starving her body for decades and her organs are failing and taking irreparable damage! She is in a weakened state, as well as her heart! Even if she recovered from her ED she would have chronic ailments for the rest of her life.

That's bull. I cough often but not because of my heart. I cough due to asthma and i cough when my throat gets dry or if i inhale a hair (i have cats, she has a dog) Not every single cough is from her heart. Quit assuming

In her case she's coughing because of heart failure or an irregular beat due to malnutrition. Her potassium and other important nutrients our body needs to regulate our heart beats are all out of whack. She does not have asthma. People cough for a variety of reasons and you are correct that a cough doesn't always signal heart issues. In her case though it is likely from heart palpitations. I've been on heart medication since I was 19 years old because I had damaged my heart from being anorexic since age 12. It's a scary feeling when your heart is acting up. But I recognize the signs in her.
