A lecture presented on August 3, 2014 by Edward C. Halperin, MD, MA, Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer at New York Medical College. An event centered around an NYMC exhibit on loan from The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum entitled: Deadly Medicine: Creating the Master Race
