I have big confusion of final product of the gene. We all knew that every final products is only come after the translation. Then, How and when the transcription factors, other related proteins (ex. RNA, DNA polymerases) for initiation of gene expression is produced. Simply i also would like to know when the histone is synthesized.

What would happen to the RNA at the end of translation is it degraded or the translation cycle is repeated with the same mRNA to synthesize the same protein?

Most often the RNA is reused. The cell likes to conserve energy. If a cell can use the same mRNA molecule to make many of the same protein then that is what it will do. In fact, the same mRNA may have multiple ribosomes attached to it all making proteins (polyribosomes) at the same time. However, also remember that gene regulation can occur at the translation level so making the mRNA unavailable is an effective way to turn on the expression of a gene. Good luck.
