in the example 2 why sir take h value = 0.02 at 8:23 , instead of divided that by 2 coz he take 2 interval to find the value of y1 and y2 ......................anyone getting my point ?? please clear my doubt kindly.

in the example 2 why sir take h value = 0.02 at 8:23 , instead of divided that by 2 coz he take 2 interval to find the value of y1 and y2 ......................anyone getting my point ?? please clear my doubt kindly.
