I love the part when after a days hard work, very tired Dan-I drop in the floor and rolled towards Eun Ho..and said something " Only consolation she got on a tough day is coming home and seeing Eun Ho", Who's heart wont melt hearing this line? Simple gestures , sweet glances, holding hands, words of encouragement to name a few can build profound love coupled with deep friendship...a love to last😍

I loved this kdrama so much 🥺 the male lead is my favorite out of any other because of the way he treated Dan-i. In most other dramas that I’ve watched the male lead was short tempered and although they showed their love toward the female lead, Eun-ho was so sweet and caring! He always comforted Dan-i and never went too far. Even though he knew she didn’t feel the same way, he waited for her because he knew she’d eventually fall for him. They have such a cute relationship and I can’t help but smile when seeing them together! The ending really worked out to be wonderful as well!!

Same. Eun Ho is the absolute best. He kind of reminds me of Do San but without the lies. He's so even tempered, sweet, loyal, supportive, etc. I've seen so many Korean dramas but Eun Ho is definitely on top of my list.

I can see how some people might find it “boring” but I personally love it. It’s sort of a more relaxed and down to earth kdrama. It’s the type of drama you watch with a lover under the covers at night before bed and you just feel good. It’s also the type of kdrama to watch by yourself when you feel alone on a rainy day and fills you with comfort.

I love their long friendship,love the way eun ho hid long his secret love to his noona eversince he was in high school. I cried everytime he's drunk ,he went to dani 's house just to see or hear her if she's ok.or everytime she cried he feels he want to kill that good for nothing husband of hers. That is how he adored kang dani . I love Eun Ho so perfect boyfriend for her.

Yeah..i never cried this much on a kdrama. I got goosebumps in the scene where Eun Ho hold Dan-i's hand together they ran for Dan-i's wedding. My heart broke for Eun Ho 😥...and the song.. OMG! Jannabi band and all OST broke my heart the more💔

Hands down my favorite kdrama, I love how open their relationship is. It’s a real tv love story not those ones with a complete jerk for a male lead and absent minded female lead lol. Eun ho is such a gentleman and Dani is sooooooo strong and resilient. Like how she continued to smile, and work so hard is truly beautiful. Though she refused to believe that enu ho lovees her in a romantic way she had good reasons to entertain the idea. He is the only person next to her daughter that cares for her in the whole world, and she didn’t want a break up to disturb that. I love love lovvvvvveeeee this show and I will re watch it and hope for a second season.

jst finished watching this Drama,awee.....i have no words ,i felt like i were there .most realistic , heart melt story.a big applause for screenplay ,plot.each and every episode leaves a spot in our hearts...and...our Lee Jong Suk...do v need to mention him,....bcz he always set standerds in peaks. as usual LJS nailed it as a deep ,heartbroken, long waited lover.i wish this drama would get international recognition and should air in all countries in the world, so ppl will learn so much from this.this drama has all the aspects of real life like love,friendship,pain,ups and downs,Values,career,Relationships,Responsibilities,Humanity, psychology ,patience, .....oh no .....soo..many to say....this is absolutely 5 stars with ten out of ten deserved drama.

This is the first kdrama I ever saw. My friend was watching it when it just came out, I didn't even know about kdramas. I went over to her and saw the scene where she was hiding in the kitchen when he found her living in his house. I asked her what she was watching and she said "a kdrama, they met when she saved him as kids and now she's secretly living in his house" years later I found this drama and I've been in love with korean dramas ever since (and Chinese dramas)

When I started watching I already knew I would like the show but wasn’t sure what I would think about them as a couple. To me they were brother and sister. Him having feelings for her was a beautiful thought since they were so deep, but the thought of them as an actual couple was so cringy. I really had no idea how the writers were going to solve that. But all of it came so naturally, just how she started seeing something more in him I would incrementally see them as a couple. Due to this growing process, they may remain one of my favorite KDrama Couples. So special and pure. This requires such good writing and acting in my opinion, that makes the show unique already.

This is so true. At one point I was more convinced of their siblings kind of love that I was feeling cringy at the thought of them as a couple eventually since they both are the leads. But but but....the ways story moulded i tge coming episodes just made me realise that they were always a couple. They were the best couple I have seen in a kdrama. The way he waited for her all those times had dignity in it. He truly wanted her happy.❤

But the dynamic changed during the series, and the other guy who was even younger than Eun-ho hitting on Dan-i was such a great plot twist. Eun-ho was like"hey, I'm 3 years older than you!" lol

honestly every little thing that they did together was the sweetest and when they said certain things about each other it made me so happy esp the little notes at the end, like kang dan-i said to eunho that he taught her how to love but OMG I cried like crazy when I watched it; I think in a way kang dan-i and her background just hurt me so much and the dedication she had for her work was amazing; most of all it was how much eunho loved her despite it being years and years but I really felt bad for song hae rin bc loving someone who doesn't love u back is the worst feeling, all in all I loved this k-drama bc it was one of the first shows that I ever watched that made me feel as much as I did and the relationships are sweet and the realistic nature of the show is just *chef's kiss*

I finally got the time to watch this KDrama... The connection and bond they have with each other is so beautiful. I can't describe it in words. Yes, it's slow paced but it showed the growth between them from strangers to friends to lovers. The cast and crew did an amazing job with this KDrama. This is a really beautiful drama. Apart from their relationship it also focuses on how writers, poets feel and the hardships they go through, how books are related to humans, how books are everything for someone, how poets are not recognised but their lines are used everywhere, how an author feels before his book is publised Most of the episodes made me tear up.

Under rated drama in Korea but this is something everyone should watch. The story line, the plot, the story itself are worth watching.The viewers are hooked at the edge from the start to its finale. All casts are awesome, from the lead to the supportings.A drama thats very relevant to todays world.The sad truth of life and how one can survive.We have our own silver lining and this drama inspires us to hold on and never give up..True friendship is also a factor here in molding one's future coupled with understanding, patience, perseverance and love❤ Indeed a very nice drama you should not missed.

I have seen above 50 dramas but this is my favourite. The plots is simple but beautiful. It keeps you hooked till the end. Eunoo's love for kang dani is amazing. It wasn't about possessing her it was simply caring for her, supporting her and loving her no matter what the distance between them is. Plus loving someone for so long knowing that your love may be unrequited till the end is very difficult. Even when second male lead approached her he didn't interfere... I really admire eunoo💕💕

Done watching this drama for the first time" 13th April 2022. Eun-ho loves Dan-i so much and send her free every time. That's love. It’s not easy to watch the one you loves married with somebody you know that did not deserves her, but he did it. Only because she wanted it. Dating with Seo-joon too. He didn't like it but accepted it.

Me encanta esta relación de noona-dongsaeng 😍 ¡Esperaba tanto ver otro drama de Lee Jonsuk! Y definitivamente no me decepcionó. Dan-i en serio que me ha sacado un montón de lágrimas por toda la situación que pasa 😭 pero me encanta que lo este afrontando con una sonrisa y dándose ánimo 💪❤ creo que es de los pocos personajes femeninos en dramas que me gustan.

Honestly one of my favourite things about this drama I felt like we were watching the Male Lead in one of his Fashion Shows., it was like a constant runway show. Love the fact it was laid back.
