I've simulated Euro 2024 but every country is a league. Using Football Manager 2024 I've made sure every country can only select players from their domestic leagues. So in this FM24 experiment England can only select players from the Premier League, Germany can only use players in the Bundesliga and so on so forth. So, who will come out on top in this fantasy Euro 2024 simulation?

Yes. Basically like Africa. They have AFCON, the normal cup competition like Euro or Copa America. And African Nations Championship, which basically the same like all of them, but the participants only able to use domestic players that play in their own country league.

This would be interesting if you did tournament eligibility from domestic leagues only. Kane is not available for England, for example. It might level out those bigger leagues

I feel like we're not talking enough about how a 5-4 Euro Quarterfinal would probably be the most entertaining game of the decade, if not the century. If we get 25 goals in the QFs in real life, it will be the greatest tournament of all time, without question. 🤣

Ligue 1 might not be that good, but PSG has a lot of star players. The frensh team pretty much was the PSG roster and that was the case for several countries. Maybe it could be interesting to repeat this, but also limit the amount of players from the same team to 5 or something like that.

You should do a yeovil save. U did one with scunthorpe but yeovil went down quicker. The objective should be to get a top 5 finish in the prem. 👍

The biggest shock for me is that FM thinks the 3 best goalkeepers in the Eredivisie are Bijlow, Ryan and Rulli. It should be Unnerstall, Olij and Benitez. After last season I'd even put Wellenreuther, Backhaus, Barkas, Vaessen, de Lange, Cillessen, Ramaj and Bakker ahead of Bijlow, he was that underwhelming/disappointing this season

What did you do with the managers? I imagine Pep and Don Carlo would have been BIG upgrades for England and Spain. Alonso, Inzaghi, Slot, and Rogers would interesting swaps too. And any manager in Portugal would be a massive improvement, but Amorim especially!

serie a problems is that their top teams arent as good as la liga or prem. They probably have the best 5th to 10th sides but their top 4 is dire, only inter is up to the top 10 team standard and milan can do it in a good day.

Tom I have an idea for you: We always debate about the best league. You can take the first 16 teams frome the big 4 leagues (PL, LA LIGA, SERIA A, BUNDESLIGA), and create 16 groups, 4 teams per groups to play the traditional champions league group stage. The first two of each group will go to the knockout round and on and on until the final. Please do it, thanks

You should do a video where only players which play in their domestic leagues can play for the National team, just like Africa's CHAN. For example, if you wanted to represent Spain, you would need to be Spanish and play in a La Liga club.
