Let’s be real, the majority of English haters hate England either because it’s the popular thing to do or because of Britains past as a colonial power years ago despite most European powers (including Spain) once being colonial powers as well. Even if England did manage to win against Spain, everyone would just call them cheats and how they didn’t deserve it, as if any team deserves to win the tournament until they actually win it.
