Maybe 30-45 fps on low-mid? You need a new gpu asap,and upgrade to 1660 super and 16 gb ram if you have money

You can. But be carefull with the mod. Some can crash. Chose a same version as the game.

@@PiotrekRU-vid interesting. My 3070 doesn't pull it in 4K at all...no matter is it 25% scale or 100% or 400%... FPS are between 7 and 20. I would think it is capped by VRAM but how do you play it with 2070 then??
