Onride video from the front row of the Launched Coaster "Blue Fire Megacoaster" by Mack Rides in the Europa Park in Rust. The rollercoaster was the first attraction in Iceland also newly built in 2009 and is the first roller coaster in the Europa Park with inversions. Blue Fire trains are accelerated to a top speed of 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds using a linear synchronous motor (LSM). As a special feature, a heart rate monitor and an LED display are integrated in the lap hooks of the seats, which display the current heart rate while riding. Each seat has two stereo speakers at head height, which play a specially composed music while driving. On the respective center construction of the previous row of the car cameras are installed, which record the ride. The passenger can buy the video after the ride on DVD. The track has a total length of 1056 meters with a height difference of 38 meters. Passengers must be at least 7 years old and 130 centimeters tall to ride.
The ride starts from the station in a left turn into a dark ride part. This is designed in the front part as a cave with bare stone walls and several dolls as a technical staff and in the back part as an industrial hall with a massive ventilation system and several incinerators. The train comes to a halt within the building and an alarm signal sounds in combination with electrical noise from a short circuit. Since 2014 there is also an animated worker figure at this point, who calls the passengers on the train "Sorry, now we have a problem!". Mostly, just before the train, a cloud of smoke, which seems to come from ventilation pipes, is generated by a smoke machine. The orbit accelerates with 1 G on the 80 meter long straight within about 2.5 seconds to 100 km/h. This is followed by a horseshoe, a bent 180° curve in combination with a hill, to the left. With a height of 38 meters the train overcomes the highest point of the track and reaches the following end of the track only by gravity. After a brief passage through a tunnel made of artificial rock, the vehicle enters a 32-meter-high loop. This is followed by an off-right turn in combination with a small hill that ends in a long right turn and thus makes another 180° turn. After a descent that leads slightly to the right and to the left in the lower section, the train makes a twisted horseshoe roll. This element is a combination of two corkscrew-like inversions connected by a 180° right turn. It joins after a 90° right turn a small hill with passage through the inside of the loop. The train goes through another 270° left turn with a heartline roll, a roll around the heart line, the fourth and final inversion of the track. Before the train enters the final brake, there is another 180° right turn, in which the ride photo is taken, which the guest can buy.
