It is so akward to watch this ....I blame governments, politician and world powers for this madness of human ordeal. Africa is so big and full of resource, both inland and at sea, blame politicians, authorities and all governors of these countries.

The way to help solve this is to NOT take them on to Italy, but to return them to Libya. Most will stop trying.

Ain't no way in hell am I getting on that boat especially not knowing how to swim and not with a baby these people are crazy as hell.

It's about time African leaders stop being self centered people and think about the nation first before personal interest and corruption.

This is one of those times, i have so much on my mind but don't know what to say.

My question is if they are “humanitarians” why don’t they provide help; water, food and medical if needed and take them back to shore. But if I’m not mistaken they are taking them to Italy or Malta right? So aren’t they actually helping the smugglers get them from point A to point B? I watched another documentary and clearly the Italian immigration pointed out that one of the migrants was the smuggler that had been caught in the same “rescue” mission 3 times and said he comes with your help, collects the money and leaves! And the answer the mission lady gave was “ well someone has to guide them” WTAF? That’s helping to smuggle people into Europe!

That situation is unsustainable. It is impossible for Europe to take in millions with no end in sight. There has to be a deterrence in place. Automatic and immediate deportation, with asylum requests processed from their homeland.

I am lucky to be a South African....I wish other African countries can be stable like SA.....yes there are poor people in SA but the poverty here it's not that much in such a way that it forces people to migrate to Europe!!!

European Navies are rescuing them and transporting them safe and sound to seaports of Italy. Armed Forces helping the invasion of Europe. Never seen before.
