Als die Country Vocal Band Home Free 2013 mit dem Siegertitel der NBC Casting Show “Sing Off” gekrönt wurde, war das der bis dahin größte Moment in der Karriere der fünf Country-Stars aus Minnesota. Es war der Lohn einer fast ein Jahrzehnt andauernden harten Arbeit, mit der sie die A-Capella-Kunst perfektionierten. Nun kommen diese herausragenden Künstler erstmalig auf das europäische Festland und präsentieren Ihre hochenergetische Performance in Österreich, gespickt mit schlagfertigem Humor, der auf einzigartigen A-Capella-Nashville Sound trifft. Die Band, bestehend aus Austin Brown (Hoch Tenor), Tim Foust (Bass), Rob Lindquist (Tenor), Adam Rupp (Beat-Boxer) und Chris Rupp (Bariton), platzierte 2014 ihr Debüt Album CRAZY LIFE als Nr. 1 in den iTunes Countrycharts und auf Platz 4 in den allgemeinen Charts. Mit mehr als 200.000 verkauften Alben, über 50 Millionen RU-vid Aufrufen und über 100.000 verkauften Showtickets zählen sie zu den erfolgreichsten Siegern einer Casting Show. Jetzt feiern die sympathischen Männer, die nicht nur vom weiblichen Geschlecht umjubelt werden, Premiere auf dem europäischen Festland. As always there is that Austin smile when he realizes the venue is great for his voice in particular to ring. When Tim gets out in front of the equipment and realizes the bell quality of the place too his mouth can't hide the smile. Nothing these boys like better than acoustic gold! And this is so cool when you really hear the audience sing along, that is icing on the cake!

KORREKTUR: Im Abspann steht fälschlicherweise der Name ROB LINDQUIST. Der Mann heißt aber richtigerweise ROB LUNDQUIST. Toll, dass es ein Video vom Auftritt in Achensee gibt und ich wäre auch gern dabei gewesen. ABER: Die Kameraführung ist mäßig, denn durch die vielen Solo-Nahaufnahmen gehen in vielen Momenten die Gestiken, Mimiken und Bewegungen der Band während der Show verloren, die oft zur Belustigung des Publikums eingefügt werden. HomeFree ist eine bewegliche bühnenaktive Gruppe, die man in Nahaufnahmen nicht darstellen kann. Deshalb wird die Gruppe eben oft im Gesamten eingefangen, da so auch neu einstudierte Abläufe schnell festgehalten werden. Den Schnitt bestimmter Passagen finde ich auch nicht optimal. Trotzdem DANKE an die Teilhabe!!!

danke für das video... habe nur eine kleine korrektur... der Bariton Chris Rupp ist nicht mehr dabei, stattdessen ist Adam Chance (Bariton) in Zukunft dabei... Liebe Grüße, von einem Home Frie... :))

Thank you for posting this, especially the interview with Tim. It's the best quality video of this concert I've seen so far. 😊 Just need to correct a couple things: Chris Rupp is pursuing a solo career now and Adam Chance (with the hat) is now the baritone. Rob's surname is Lundquist. Danke für dieses Posting, vor allem das Interview mit Tim. Es ist die beste Qualität Video von diesem Konzert, das ich bisher gesehen habe. 😊 Nur ein paar Dinge müssen zu beheben: Chris Rupp ist arbeitet an einer Solo-Karriere jetzt und Adam Chance (mit dem Hut) verfolgen, ist jetzt der Bariton. Rob Nachname ist Lundquist.

Thoughts: 1) What was that Tim said in another language (near the beginning)? It was something about beer. 2) I wish crowds were like this in the US 3) I wonder who influenced who: Tom Thum influenced Adam Rupp, or the opposite? (Tom Thum did a TED talk where he did similar, unique beatboxing stuff that Adam normally does in his "drum" solo) 4) I love the girl somewhere to the right of the cameraman who seemed to know all the words to "Champagne Taste" among other songs. (She also seemed to know the progression of the show, in general) :D 5) Are Tim's boots (or shoes)...white? 6) That's the first time I really heard Chance resonate on that note for "Wild" in Ring of Fire at 40:27. He doesn't sound super mature. I don't know if I like him in the group too much (yet) 7) Tim sometimes looks like an elf, with his ear popping out of his hair. (40:58) 8) Did Tim say "guh" at the end of his build up to the final note of Ring of Fire? (41:50) Was he basically saying the name of the city? 9) Tim, from what I've seen, is almost ALWAYS sharp on the final note of Ring of Fire initially, until the boys chime in and he adjusts. (41:58) Perhaps it's a stylistic choice? 10) I knew this already, but it can really be seen when Tim stands next to the girl interviewing him at the end - All the guys are pretty friggin' tall. Granted, the girl may also be pretty short. 11) Tim, stop flirting - you have a fiancee

Did Tim say "guh" at the end of his build up to the final note of Ring of Fire? (41:50) Was he basically saying the name of the city? its was OF but in the live shows he changed it to OB/OV /OOO(pop) I wonder who influenced who: Tom Thum influenced Adam Rupp, or the opposite? (Tom Thum did a TED talk where he did similar, unique beatboxing stuff that Adam normally does in his "drum" solo) Adam Borrowed the "sketch" from Tom Thum becuase its includes a lot of different sounds that shows off the skills Are Tim's boots (or shoes)...white? There Boots and yes there white!
