Indian-made artillery shells have reached Ukraine through European intermediaries, despite Indian export regulations prohibiting unauthorized transfers. Moscow has raised the issue multiple times, but New Delhi hasn't intervened. According to sources and customs data analyzed by Reuters, countries like Italy and the Czech Republic have been involved in redirecting these munitions. Although India’s contribution is estimated to be less than 1% of Kyiv's arms imports, the transfers highlight the delicate balancing act New Delhi faces between its traditional ties with Russia and growing defense cooperation with the West.

If you think India is doing double games tell me who should India support. Support Russia and kill innocent or support Ukraine and lose it's important ally Russia. The choices of India are dependent on it's ability. If you think like that USA could have provided India oil at russian prices if it want. It didn't do it because it can't provide it. Why do you expect India to completely stick to a country when other countries never do that. And israel palestine is the same. India has experience of losing it's cultural places like Ram jhanmabhoomi by Islamic invaders. But India has the Islamic population too. So should India meddle in others affairs when it can't support them in solving it like how US meddles and destroys countries.

Trust of the Russia-NorthKorea-Iran-Hamas axis of evil? India keeps relations with both Iran and Israel, playing both sides, and it is universally understood that India cannot be trusted about anything but India's self-interests. We don't have any real allies. Russia is not our ally either, they'll likely side with China or remain neutral if a border conflict happens. It is also time to make some hard choices because Russia's stockpile of weapon systems and ammo is just about depleted, and we might not be getting any from them for a while.

From the time the defence industry has been opened to private players , this has started . Ordinance is beeing shipped by private manufacturers to Europe with end user certificate, however these countries are diverting this to Ukraine.
