We lost our Annie just over a year ago and the pain is still raw.. she was huge about 53kg but would play with the tiniest of dogs.. she was a goofball outside.. boy you try and get in our gate that was another story., you have a beautiful dog ❤
My grandparents had a female named Missy. She was my first experience with a dog when I was about 5-6 years old roughly 30 years ago. I remember that she was very mild mannered, we used to go out for walks alone and she never pulled or bullied me around. Missy was a good girl. When I get time when my career isn’t so demanding I’m definitely getting my own
He is beautiful, and so majestic! Until you own one of these dogs… it is hard to describe how interactive, attentive, and brilliant that they are. Great family member and guardian!
I have a one year old Doberman female, Nika. I also have a ten year old Rhodesian Ridgeback. I used to breed Ridgebacks as I grew up with them and I love the breed. I decided to get a Doberman as I’ve thought they were great dogs. The mistake I made was waiting too long to purchase one as my Ridgeback couldn’t handle all the playing Nika wanted to do especially as she got older and stronger. Luckily we’ve been in Mexico the last three months in our motorhome and Nika met the coolest little Mexican stray and they play constantly and absolutely love each other. So we’ve named the new addition Chica and we’re taking her home with us. Thanks for your video, I loved it. We also have a ten acre farm at home in Canada.
Just came upon ur upload. Awesome watching Sigmund interacting with ur family ! New subscriber because of this vid. Anticipating ur next one. Aloha from Hawaii
Hi I really enjoyed ur video. I have 2 european dobs there awsome so so smart gentle & loving. There temperment is awsome don't know where u got sigman but ive gotten 2 from Sierra Dobermen farm n Memphis, tenn. Steve has the very best. There dna is perfect no health problems at all. From the DeGrande Vinko line from UK. Sigman is beautiful. Ur girls r adorable.
Beautiful boy! I am about 1-2 years away from getting another Dobermann (my last passed a few years ago) and think of taking your advice and getting 2 puppies at the same time (or relatively close together) the other puppy I think will be my second favorite breed and that is the Rhodesian Ridgeback, I think these 2 breeds would be so good together and would complement each other.
Dog trainer here…. Would highly recommend not getting two dogs, same age, at the same time. They can develop what’s called littermate syndrome. Food for thought
I grew up with a dobby! I will own n yrain/ breed euro Dobby some day. Me n my 7yr old daughter loved ur video!!!! Ur daughter looks like a mini you!!!!! Beautiful dogs n family!!! Have a good day.
Nice dog. Reminds me of mine. Please get rid of them bells. If you've trained him right he will not venture more than 300 yards from the house. Never ever had mine on a leash unless he was working. These dogs are smarter than most people. Don't repeat a command twice, he understood you the 1st time. If he makes you repeat he will stretch time to not comply. Just talking out of experience.
Awesome male I have one with all these super duper blood lines and I a lemon Doberman all these allergies - bumps all over his coat its so sad :( do you have any recommedations on what to do? I paid 3600.00 for him in colorado.
Put a bell on my dog out in the field once. She tried to run away from it. I immediately recognized that as a possible hazard and removed it rather than train her to deal with it. She wears a tracking unit instead.
It's crazy, i've done 0 protection work with my dobie that is 1.5 y/o. He physically needs to be in the same room/space/foot as me. I will act like I'm going to one side of the house and he will race over ther, only to find he was faked out and coming racing back through the house to me. My dobie has a 4 month older male rottweiler as a brother, my rottie tells him screw off sometimes when Toby is trying to get his toy/bone, but I love them to bits nonetheless.
The bells have to go!! Seriously!! They actually bother him wether you know it or not? I mean no disrespect .. every move he makes he has to hear them!! And that will take away from him hearing threts.. also it takes away from his stelth.. and lastly hes a dog not a cat!!! Trust me i know the breed with 35 years of owning/ breading them!! Very gorgeous dog!! you should be proud of him
The bells fell off and we are not replacing them. They were only there so my children and aging in-laws could hear him coming when they were out in the yard and wouldn't get knocked over when he and the lab were playing. The two dogs lose all sense of self-awareness when they really get after it and took out some knees and my kids on more than one occasion.
Lovely dog. But it is pronounced Pin Cher not Pin ser. You're a breeder? I am on 5th dobe and have one that we showed. i know 3 breeder very well. No one in doberman world I have had contact with pronounces it that way.
