Ten hag in bro. The man is definitely not above criticism as I get very confused with his decisions most of the time if I'm being honest. But what I can tell you (and ofc this is my personal opinion) I've been watching United since Ferguson and no other manager since then has given me as much hope. We've seen the script before mate, one too many times, sack the manager get instant gratification with a few good performances and then again sack the manager. The real test is to be patient and not reactionary even when it is so difficult. I totally understand your frustration but let's back him while he is here and just hope for the best because that's literally all we can really do. (sorry for this essay)
