I still love my LV reverse monogram *jklux* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

Omg yes mine(authentic) has a odor inside too! Idk what it is bcus none of my other *jklux* bags have an odor. Called lv and they said it was normal and that I could wipe the inside with a damp cloth.I also thought the lining was suede but it is actually microfiber so I'm going to look up ways to remove odors out of microfiber cus the smell stops me from using it as much.

I also buy paintings while vacationing in other countries. I have only been to 12 countries but when travelling, abroad, I always make sure I buy local original art that speaks to me in that moment. I frame my paintings once I arrive home. I don’t have an art wall but instead have my paintings scattered throughout my house. Every time I walk past them, I stop for a brief moment to look and it catapults directly back to that city and country and allows me to relive the experience all over again! 🖼️

Dayle I always feel synchronicity pops into our lives constantly. You’ve taken many of us on such a wonderful holiday to places that some of us may never go. Watching the joy on yr face when you popped the different bags in front of the camera was awesome to see. How can one compare when all the bags are slightly different & also for different purposes, they all scream “I belong to Dayle” LOL. Wow Dayle, such lovely pieces. I adore the wicker cappuccines, it’s stunning and suits you and your lifestyle. The Birkin is also gorgeous and you should keep it. That must be a $75k haul less VAT ! I love this and I love that you got the birkin! OMG - I can’t pick best place - maybe Paris in general because it was so magical. You laughed so much and had such a great time. The rattan Capucines is stunning! I have to remind myself that for a Canadian living in a northern climate, it makes absolutely no sense. But I dream of it! And it seems to retail for the same ballpark as the Birkin?!? I think the Capucines wins by a mile. As a long-time Vivier lover, I really appreciate those pumps, but curious, do you find that non-leather heels wear comfortably over many hours? I stopped buying anything not leather years ago, because canvas & synthetic don't breath & quickly became painful. Wondering if others have had different experiences.

Dayle did you have to pay Goods and Services Tax on arrival in Australia? I understand there is a trigger of $1k AUD but not sure how that plays out when you have paid tax at the point of sale. The green Birkin bag is just the business. You won't regret that one.

I'm unlucky...sometimes...the algorithms decided I am a troll and banned me for 24 hours!!? You have to be really careful with the algorithms. (hard to know why but I do comment a lot, so the algos are on high alert, then I was commenting on a channel that had this woman saying you're the cause of everything that happens to you, which I think is a bit harsh and potentially harmful. Sh!t happens sometimes was my point and I was being caring and concerned for anyone who might feel bad and self-blame for random stuff) But no, officially a troll. What an amazing collection of items you managed to acquire. Congratulations! My favs are the Fendi Fox and Ostrich Petite Malle. But really everything was simply gorgeous. The RV pumps -chefs kiss; the Birkin- a chance if a lifetime no one could turn down.

I don’t think that’s true. I think everybody thought that you truly didn’t like the birkin so if you bought it, it would specifically be to resell but you’re using it and you do like it so I think that’s where the shock comes in. You always said you didn’t like it, you actually said that you found it boring and just not your style you never said you love it do you want one but it Hass to be the right one in the right color etc. everybody feels that way but you specifically said you didn’t like it. Not that you can’t change your mind I’m just saying this is where the shock comes from. It’s almost seems like you’re holding back like you don’t want to admit that you like it. That’s the way it’s coming across as well.

I don’t think that it’s because she doesn’t want to admit that she likes it. She initially doesn’t like the design of a birkin but Her experience was wonderful and that’s what surrounds the bag. Plus the color is her and she was with her friend and they were on a holiday when she got it. It was the surprise and the magic of the whole experience.

I have changed my mind about certain bags too many times to count over the years. The most recent example was I that I had zero interest in the Prada Crystal re-edition bag. I thought it was too trendy/young/flashy for me. I am 58, and don’t really buy into any of the “too old” for certain fashion trends rules, and actually like most of the popular trends, but on this bag I really did feel it was too young for me. And then I wandered into a Prada store one day and saw one in person, and I whipped my credit card out so fast I almost sprained my wrist! 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 So I definitely understand going from a Heck No to a Heck YASSSS 😊
