On my return back to Calais after visiting Arras I called in before it got too late for videoing at Bethune and the railway yard there. Situated between Lille and Hazebrouck the line is busy almost all of the day. A good hour or two were again spent with the camera capturing the activity. Several TGV services running between Paris Gare du Nord and Dunkerque and V.V. Passed by and also many other more local trains hauled by BB16500 Locomotives and 26000 Locomotives. On shunting duties was a Diesel class Y8400. Quite a lot of freight traffic passed by and many passenger services too.
