Hey! 🫶🏾 thanks so much for watching! First I would say get VERY familiar with the products and what they do. This will make you more confident with talking about them. The products are broken down into sections so they should be easy to remember. The way I go about selling is to educate the client.. I like to point out their problems because 9 times out of 10 they want to fix it, they just don’t know how to go about it.. for instance, the way I get a client to buy an exfoliator is.. I like to show them the dead skin on the wax strip and ask them what exfoliants they are using .. if they say nothing that’s a great time to introduce them to an exfoliant.. but you still want to let them know that exfoliating alone won’t be enough if they want to prevent ingrown hairs.. and then you can introduce them serum or wipes.. always give the client the option to get everything today or get one product now and another product later.. this is the way I get my clients to trust me and buy products.. it works every time lol the key is not to sell anything to them.. but to give them a solution to their problems.. you can start the conversation by pointing out any issues you see. That’s your job as the professional to help them reveal beautiful skin.. so they will thank you for it in the end 😘
